It is too bad that the Large Venue Entertainment Centre Steering Committee will be meeting at 7:00 am in the morning! They certainly are not trying very hard to be inclusive in terms of the public participation and review of their work.

when is the next meeting of the group?

What did we learn from Sunday's concert?
That off-site parking is manageable with a good shuttle service.( this could be improved by using smaller buses).
That rock and pop concerts should not be held when students are not here.
That hiring professionals ( I think the community Foundation hired the House of Blues to manage the site) makes a lot of sense. Someone knew how many toilets were needed per 1000 people, how to arrange the food, admission, security, policing etc. ( perhaps they also managed the weather). This is a small thing but I was impressed that the toilets were cleaned continuously during the day. (another lesson!)
This was a great concert. It was interesting to watch the people, many of whom were on their cell-phones while the musicians were playing. They used the music as background to social interaction.
