2. "How to Handle Bullies, Teasers and Other Meanies: A book that takes the nuisance out of name calling and other nonsense" by Kate Cohen-Posey

3. "Citizens without Shelter: Homelessness, Democracy, and Political Exclusion" by Leonard C. Feldman

4. The Municipal Act, 2001 (should be a no-brainer)

:D I have another suggested readings for council but not for the winter.

I call it the KINGSTON WATER BAN PETITION.

I sent an e-mail to Kingston Elecotors to put this on a thread but I have never heard back from them or seen it posted.

I may be there but I have not see it.

I personally started it and It has over 50 signatures from residents on my street.

It will be be discussed September 7, at 7:30 at council. I have a copy to Jim Keech as well.

I really don't know how to add this petition as a thread to this site. However, the Water Ban has certainly ticked at leas 50 of us. However, those names were obtained by just walk down the street, and knocking at the houses where I saw people outside. Didn't need to knock on any doors and got it in less than a day and a half.
