Can someone help us to be more specific re: the crisis in Kingston? Looking at the comments I suspect that they could apply to many other cities in this province and country. It would be useful to know the extent of this crisis in the Greater Kingston area- how many more homeless are there now than 5 years ago? how many more people are having to use food banks etc?
A good plan to alleviate some/all of the situation will have to be based on the knowledge of how much of a problem there is. No one can deny there is a problem but how much of a problem do we have?
