hey i live in the elm wood sub division on fairleigh street I'm just wondering why the construction has all of a sudden stopped. they have put a second layer down on two of the roads . left some of the culverts dug up pretty much left it unfinished .. and i see they are working else where now whats going on?

This is staff's response:

Construction unfortunatly had been delayed. The remaining asphalt is scheduled for Tuesday July 6, 2010. The contractor will be completing the remaining grading this week and then the remaining sod will be completed next week.
