I have gone through this many times and I come up with following conclusion:

On May 5, the mayor voted yes to allow an amendment that would extend the life of the LOP dog park until something actually happened, and, knowing that the question was now on the table, he voted against the amended clause so that the question of a dog park was then closed for a year.
The only other explanation is that he didn't know what he was doing.

So he was either playing dirty politics or he is incompetent. Either way,Kingston deserves better!

I did look at your web site. I hope all candidates have thought about the issues before council and have ideas. While I don't agree with you on the issues you have identified, I applaud you for speaking up.

Sussie Q..

if you looked over this enough time you would of realised this was a pilot project.. main word ** PROJECT**
the city did everything they could to keep the peace and city community together.
dont get me wrong Im a dog park user myself but I dont hate on city council and make up story to turn others against them.
its over with, move on, and enjoy the blessed free country you live in. theres bigger argument to discuss than a dog park.
Cheers!
