That Council consent to the disposition of Communications in the following manner:

15-441 From the Committee of Adjustment, a Notice of Decision for the following applications:
MINOR VARIANCE – In respect of an application to request permission for minor variances to Zoning By-Law No. 8499 for the property at 20 Helen Street, the Committee decided that the application SHOULD BE APPROVED, subject to conditions. The final date for appeal is July 14, 2008.
MINOR VARIANCE – In respect of an application to request permission for minor variances to Zoning By-Law No. 8499 for the property at 46 Traymoor Street, the Committee decided that the application SHOULD BE APPROVED, subject to conditions. The final date for appeal is July 14, 2008.
MINOR VARIANCE – In respect of an application to request permission for minor variances to Zoning By-Law No. 32-74 for the property at 955 Highway #15, the Committee decided that the application SHOULD BE APPROVED, subject to conditions. The final date for appeal is July 14, 2008.
