The following motion will be considered by Kingston City Council at its meeting to be held on May 20, 2008.

To the Mayor and Members of Council:
The Chief Administrative Officer reports and recommends as follows:
(1) Ontario Infrastructure Partnership Corporation (OIPC) Loan Agreement 5002
THAT, for the purposes of financing specific capital projects, Council give three readings to:
a. By-Law No. 2008-103 of the Corporation of the City of Kingston to authorize the borrowing upon serial
debentures in the principal amount of $18,532,837 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of
the City of Kingston’
b. By-Law No. 2008-104 of the Corporation of the City of Kingston to authorize the borrowing upon serial
debentures in the principal amount of $800,000 towards the cost of certain capital works of the Corporation of the
City of Kingston.
