Kingston City Council will consider the following motion at its meeting to be held on April 15, 2008.

Change of Company Name
THAT Council, as the Shareholder of Kingston Electricity Distribution Limited, approve the following special resolution of the Shareholder:
1. The Articles of the Corporation are hereby amended to change the name of the Corporation to:
KINGSTON HYDRO CORPORATION
2. The President of the Corporation be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Articles of
amendment on behalf of the Corporation.
