AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Amending By-Law be presented for all three readings.

4. Proposed Community Improvement Plan for Brownfields Project Area 2 (former Alcan South Plant)
THAT the Community Improvement Project Area, shown on Exhibit ‘A’ attached to the Agenda, to designate Brownfields Project Area 2 as a Community Improvement Project Area, NOT BE APPROVED.
5. Application for Initial Study Grant under the Community Improvement Plan – Brownfield Project Areas 1A and 1B for the Property Located at 771 and 771½ Montreal Street
THAT the application to deem 771 and 771½ Montreal Street, Part Farm Lot 4, Concession West of Great Cataraqui River, City of Kingston, County of Frontenac (No. 13) being the lands in instrument No. FR622485 as eligible to receive an Initial Study Grant under the Community Improvement Plan – Brownfields Project Areas 1A and 1B BE APPROVED; and further,
THAT the Treasurer be authorized to issue the grant payment after the required documentation is verified.

THAT the application to deem 783-785 Division Street, Part Farm Lot 4, Concession West of Great Cataraqui River, City of Kingston, County of Frontenac (No. 13) being the lands in instrument No. FR622485 as eligible to receive an Initial Study Grant under the Community Improvement Plan – Brownfields Project Areas 1A and 1B BE APPROVED; and further,
THAT the Treasurer be authorized to issue the grant payment after the required documentation is verified.
