The following motion will be considered at the Kingston City Council meeting to be held on February 5, 2008:
Kingston Regional Sports and Entertainment Centre - Naming Rights Agreement
THAT Council approve the proposed agreement to award the naming rights of the Kingston Regional Sports and Entertainment Centre, once it has been reviewed to the satisfaction of the Legal Department and the Commissioner of Sustainability and Growth;
- and further -
THAT Council approve the final name of the Centre in a future report, once the public consultation has been conducted through the City website.
