Staff Recommendation for
Elevator Bay Zoning Change Application
Thursday September 6, 2007
The Planning Committee meets on Thursday September 6 in the Council Chambers at City Hall to consider the recommendation from staff concerning the application for a zoning change to permit the development proposed for Elevator Bay.
The recommendation and full report are available on the City of Kingston web site (www.cityofkingston.ca (http://www.cityofkingston.ca)) Click on the City Hall / Planning Committee Agenda.
The short version is that staff recommends approval of the zoning change to permit development of the Retirement Home and two other residential buildings as provided by an earlier agreement.
This is not a formal Public Meeting (that was held on July 19, 2007) but a Planning Committee meeting. Thus whether members of the public will be allowed to speak will be at the discretion of the Planning Committee.
