The City of Kingston will begin to register all of its land registry documents electronically if City Council approves the process. However, since the Provincial Land Registry Offices are already implementing this requirement this approval may simply note another milestone in the change to digital property documents.

Electronic Signing and Registration of City Documents at Land Registry Offices
THAT Council authorize the Legal Services Department to electronically register all municipal documents with the Provincial Land Registry Offices.
