KEDCO will present its Strategic Plan for the period ending 2011 at the City Council meeting to be held on August 14, 2007.

THAT Council waive the rules of By-Law No. 98-1, “Council Procedural By-Law”, in order to amend the Orders of the Day to resolve into the Committee of the Whole at this time to consider the agenda.
a) Mr. Shai Dubey, Chair of the KEDCO Board of Directors, will introduce the Board members;
b) Mr. Shai Dubey will present the KEDCO Draft Strategic Plan;
