Wireless Internet anywhere?

Hey, maybe someone can help me out. I've heard of some cities going completely wireless. Meaning that you can access the internet from anywhere and not be confined to using in your home only. Toronto has something going right now, any idea how Kingston is doing on this type of service?

I think Kingston is working on it.

But, it is not a major city and it usually gets such innovations 5-7 years or so after the larger Metropolitan areas have it.

But, if in desperation or need to keep intouch - maybe send a letter?

Hey, I just came about this new company that is starting this sort of service in September 2007, go to www.ockhamcommunications.com. Finally Kingston is going wireless!

The price for this service is incredible, I found out its only 30 dollars a month!
