Losing Confidance - Elizabath May

Althought, I am not a Green Party supporter. I believe very strongly in at least listening to and reading information from the Green Party, NDP Party, Liberal Party, and Yes the Reform Party. (yes i know PC)

I had an opportunity to ask people what they thought of about elections and why the systems seam to be the way it is.

I won't mention the Councilor who asked me to read this book to get a better idea on how democratic our system is. I am very very thankful to her for advising me to read this novel and I now understand better why our system is the way it is.

This book made me very angry about the way our system is and has given me a new view on how to approach any future elections. Since I think it is an excellent book to contemplate, I want to let you know about it.

I am still not a One Party Person but I am one who will never give up an opportunity to vote and now it is more important for me to do so. I was never going to vote again. However, I don't want to give up the right I have as a Canadian to vote especially since in other countries people are killed or injured in order to vote. A Vote that the Canadian Soldiers are risking their lives overseas to help others have the same rights.

I won't mention who advised me because I am not sure if I was asked not to mention HER name but I can tell you that it was Not JOYCE. The Lady is a someone who I would consult in the future and she knows who she is.
