Some civic associations across Ontario have begun to prepare "report cards" on how their councillors have voted on key issues. One example is the Guelph Civic League - see attachment below. In the recent municipal election, several 'development at any cost' councillors in Guelph were replaced by community based councillors as citizens seemed to be influenced by the League's various reports on Guelph's City Council.
