Halloween
Friends and neighbours of McBurney Park,
Once again Halloween comes to Skeleton Park on October 31st:
At 4:00, view scenes from the play 'The Wyrd Sisters', which presents the various witch scenes from 'Macbeth'.
Ghouls, goblins, heroes and heroines of all ages, are then invited to gather together in the centre of the park for a photo opp at about 4:30, followed by a snaking parade through the growing shadows.
Finally, there will be story telling among the trees...
So bring your camera and costume(s) and we'll see you there!
Note: There has been some concern that the treat sharing done in past years has begun to leave some children disappointed when supplies run out. Given that our numbers are likely to keep growing, we would like to suggest that treats be distributed from home instead.
