There was an Open House at the Midland City's Offices tonight. The presentation showing the Office Plan for the Multiplex was delivered very professionally.
It was very pleasant to see that the site would have 1000 parking spots. The plan shows that there is a hugh amount of property that will be able to contain the building for 4 ice pads but also the possibility of having a 50M pool on the property as well as another possible complex for other activity.
It will have a restaurant, medicial office, dressing rooms, etc. More detail will be obtained for you all in the next week or so. I am very happy to see that this site is an excellent choice.
The people who showed interest in the RPFs were the ones that indicated that this site was the best one did so because it does show that it can be a profitable location. Isn't that what we want, businesses that are profitable?
The location is close to the 401, doesn't inconveniece residents, already owned by the city, already serviced. As far as I am concerned, Excellent work everyone involved with this project.
